In comes a sweetheart husband and wife producer duo (with wife gaining complete naming rights) – Diana Patricia Falla. We’ve purchased her coffee in the past (served as espresso) and visited the farm several times. In this caturra lot presently on offer (we also had a San Bernardo lot) we get a lot of classicness in the form of toffee and caramel. Beyond that – floral tea, plum, fruit sweetness. All good things, hence we’re super excited to release this coffee from another one of our favourite producers!
