We first met Ana Ceneth Bedoya at Asopep, where she worked as a coffee analyst and taster. We subsequently purchased her coffee at their auction, and have loved her ever since.
Ana Cenet farms two lots in Planadas, Tolima, growing varietals including tabi, caturra and gesha, alongside this yellow bourbon. She is full of life, with the strength of character it takes to raise three children and establish her farm as a single parent and head of the household. Through her association with Asopep she has learned many aspects of production that she uses to great effect, with sensory quality at front of mind.
